HOWDY, I'M ASH!

My name is Ashley Ward, but you can call me Ash. My real estate journey began in early 2019 when, after years of living out of a suitcase as an international flight attendant, I made the move to Denver, CO with the intention of putting down roots in my new community. I intended to continue flying while practicing real estate, but I quickly realized that every time I boarded a flight, I felt more excited about coming home than I did about exploring a new city.

I fell in love with Denver's unique personality - each street a new adventure, every neighorhood a different story. As a flight attendant, I loved providing a memorable level of service to my passengers, and while I cherished the short and sweet interactions, I began to crave more meaningful connections. I realized that while I enjoyed connecting with a large number of people at once, I was missing the joy of developing long-term, impactful relationships. Real estate grants me the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of my community members. I enjoy the challenge of earning a client's trust by providing exceptional care and attention to detail. I aim to deliver an experience that my clients enjoy sharing with their friends, family, and colleagues.

 

I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers who are curious about building wealth through real estate.
